13th May 2008 Windsurfing: Felixstowe-Dip Wind Direction: NE Wind Stength: 15-12 Surf / Sea State: little chop Air Temperature: 15 Sea Temperature: 11 Weather: sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: Got on the water about 1:30 and set off on a reach as a bit marginal and found myself a couple of hundred yards downwind. Went back and forth a few times, changed to a bigger fin and finally admitted I had to walk about 100 yards back to where I started. had some runs in and out. After a couple of hours rigged a 7m on 145l board and sailed until about 6:30 with some breaks as the wind died a bit and I was tiring. A few more turned up for a busy day. Whem the wind was up is was great. |
